Welcome baking season with 10 easy baking recipes that you can have on your table in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for those busy nights!
It’s that time of year again when I think of NEW baking recipes to share with my readers. And then I think, hey, there’s no need to reinvent the wheel here. There are MANY baking recipes in Mom to Mom Nutrition that you already know and love. Let’s get grilling!
Whether you’re new to the blog or haven’t checked out Mom to Mom Nutrition for easy baking recipes yet, I’ve got you covered with more than a few of my family’s favorites. Plus some over-the-counter grill meals that are on standby [i.e. hot dogs anyone?!]. I tend to be a protein only grill master [maybe this summer I’ll try veggies too!]. So most of my sides are made ahead or sauteed in. If it’s too difficult to be in the kitchen and baking at the same time, then consider preparing your vegetables on the weekend and reheating them before serving. Or use a bag or two of frozen vegetables that you can microwave.
What I love about baking season is that mealtime does NOT seem complicated. In fact, it almost seems lighter on my stomach and easier on my brain. Don’t ask me why, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way!
Drumroll please….
10 easy baking recipes for busy nights
Chicken:
Perfect grilled chicken breasts [The best chicken recipe ever. Yep, I said it. Thanks Mom for this one! Here it is pictured from a few nights ago— the first time I made it this year— notice the raindrops.]

Apricot Roast Chicken

Italian Pesto Grilled Chicken

Soy Marinated Chicken Breasts [no-recipe here folks. Just chicken breasts marinated in soy sauce, grilled, and served with a microwaveable fried rice. It’s that easy.]

Beef:
Grilled strip steaks with mushrooms

Lean beef burgers [I can’t take credit for this one. It’s a recipe from my former employer and MAN is it delicious!]
Grilled Garlic Lime Flank Steak

Pork:
Ginger Sesame Pork Tenderloin

Sausage and grilled vegetable packages

Jazzed-Up Hot Dogs [Yep, we love a good grilled hot dog. And I love mine with a little-sautéed veggie on top!]

I hope you found these easy baking recipes as simple and delicious as my family did! Sometimes the best grilled dishes come from a simple bottle of salad dressing or barbecue sauce too. My favorites? Italian dressing, balsamic dressing and Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce [all for chicken, pork tenderloin, or certain cuts of beef]. Just marinate for a few hours and brush some extra sauce on the meat while it’s grilling and voila! You only have 3 more easy grilling recipes.

What is your favorite food to bake? Do you have a secret sauce or marinade to share?!
